The college provides academic knowledge and technical skills and experience for CAS students, people and youth
thrugh short training programs in computer sicence and information,and languages such as Ebnglish, Japanese and Mandrin.

The college is responsible for openingand expanding educational opportunities to society and the development of locl
individuals so that they can go further.
The college provides technical service to society through sound knowledge development
and transfers this buiness knowledge to the community,and society,toaids both local and national developments.
More than that the Legal Counseling and Helping Center has run by the Faculty of Law to tender legal advice whilst
the Faculty of Liberal Arts has known as important institute to convey English knowledge through the local community
for instance; The English Training Prorram for English Teachers in Khon Kaen Education Zone 2 and Khon Kaen Education Zone
4, and English Tutoring Projects forsecondary students.

CAS is actively building strong relationships with recognized interantional education institutes in order to foster student
